IQAC ಸಭೆಯ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳು
ದಿನಾಂಕ 27-07-2018 ರಂದು  ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿವೆ.

1. ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗುವ ಕಸದ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಶನ್‍ನವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಲೂ ಕಸವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

2. ಹೊಸ IQAC ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ IQAC ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

3. IQAC ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾಗಿ ಡಾ. ವಿ. ಎಂ. ಭಂಡಾರಿಯವರನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವುದು.

4. ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಮಖಾನಾ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು. ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಸಭೆಯ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಮಾಡಿ NAACಅಗಾಗಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸುವುದು.

5. ಸಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಇ. ಸ್ಕೂಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಂಬಿಗ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಕಾಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.

6. ಹೊಸ IQAC guidelines ನಂತೆ ನಾವು ಮುಂದಿನ NAACಗಾಗಿ ಯಾವ ಯಾವ ವಿದದ ತಯಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಡಾ. ವಿ. ಎಂ. ಭಂಡಾರಿಯವರು ಸಭೆಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

7. UGC-XIII Plan guidelinesನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಿಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಡುವಂತೆ ಸೆಮಿನಾರ್, ವರ್ಕಶಾಫ್, ಕಾನ್ಪರೆನ್ಸ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವುದು.

8. ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ (Add-On Course) ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಟ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ / ವ್ಯಾಲ್ಯೂ ಎಡೆಡ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುವ ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸುವುದು.

Proceedings of the IQAC Meeting held on 27-08-2018

  1. It is resolved to conduct Value-added courses through all the departments of the college in their respective subjects and courses are to be conducted after the regular class hours by the teachers of the respective departments.
  2. Shri Krishnamurthy Bhat, vice-president, M. P. E. Society gave the brief idea of starting DTP, Tally, Multimedia Certificate courses through Dr, M. P. Karki Institute of Excellence and Research for the interested students. He also encouraged the teachers to write and publish articles on various current issues in news papers and journals which will enhance the reputation of both teachers and institutions.
  3. It was also resolved to implement ICT based learning and teaching process in a phased manner by equipping two rooms with ICT based teaching equipments every year.
  4. As specified by the NAAC peer committee members, it was resolved to start Commerce Laboratory. For this purpose, it was decided to use Room 1 & 2 without disturbing the regular teaching process.
  5. Matters like starting of new PG programme in Science and Social science subjects, collection of information on speed net / WIfI connectivity in the college premises, digitizing students information through whatsapp, placing indent for extra furnitures like desks and benches, settlement of scout & guides pending bills are discussed in the meeting and principal was authorized to take necessary action on these matters. Prof. Santosh Gudigar was authorized to contact and collect the necessary information on WI-FI connectivity issues.
  6. M. R. Nayak briefed on preparations for K.U. district level Youth Festival programme to be organized in our college and his request to provide working lunch to the participants for the 2 day programme was approved.
  7. Discussion was also made on the modalities of holding Karnatak University Athletic Meet in our college in the month of October 2018. Physical Director Prof. R. K. Mesta briefed the progress of preparation of Athletic meet, approximate budget, Grants from K.U. Dharwad and amount to be collected from Donors and well wishers.
  8. Krishnamurthy Bhat also highlighted the plan of introduction of spoken English course through the language laboratory and appointment of one fulltime faculty for teaching spoken English.
  9. For the request made by Dr. Ashok Huggannavar to give the financial support for re-starting monthly music programme ‘Masada Sangeetha’ Shri. Krishnamurthy Bhat assured to place the matter in E. C. meeting for discussion and approval.
  10. In response to the question raised by Kumari Anita Bhat, Student Representative of IQAC, relating to issue of books & journal, Shri. Krishnamurthy Bhat instructed Librarian to issue the books & journal even in the lunch hours for the benefit of the students.

 

Proceedings of the IQAC Meeting held on 24-11-2018

  1. Proceedings of the last IQAC meeting was narrated to the members and confirmed by the president.
  2. ICT based learning and teaching technique matter was again discussed and it was resolved to install the required equipments in Room No. 1 to 4 in a phased manner.
  3. Matters related to electrification and re-wiring of science blocks, Geography lab and management office was also discussed and it was decided to get it done as early as possible.
  4. It was also decided to shift the power supply meter outside the library building to make it convenient for meter readers of the KPTCL. President advised to check whether the electrification of our college is based on commercial or domestic base.
  5. It was discussed and approved to organize NAAC sponsored Two day National Seminar in the month of January or February 2019 through IQAC. For this purpose IQAC was authorized to fix the date of the seminar and to make necessary arrangement. It was also approved to utilize IQAC funds for organizing the seminar in case of shortage of funds sanctioned by NAAC. (It was also approved to use college and IQAC funds for seminar till the sanctioned amount is re-imbursed by NAAC). It was decided to fix Rs. 2000 as Registration fees for the delegates.
  6. Principal Dr. Vijayalaxmi Naik raised the issue of common time table from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. for the even semester was approved in the meeting.
  7. Matters pertaining to make our campus eco-friendly, introduction of new value added courses by all the departments, Masada Sangeeta Programme etc. were discussed and the teachers of Music Department were informed to continue the programme for which management has agreed to bear the reasonable cost of the programme.
  8. D. L. Hebbar briefed about the campus selection programme in the college and his request to organize a Job Fair in the month of February 2019 was approved.

 

IQAC ಸಭೆಯ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳು
ದಿನಾಂಕ 30-01-2019 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿವೆ.

1. ಡಾ. ವಿ. ಎಂ. ಭಂಡಾರಿಯವರು ದಿನಾಂಕ 15 ಹಾಗೂ 16 ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿ 2019 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣದ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆಯನ್ನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

2. ಪ್ರೊ.ಆರ್.ವಿ.ಹೆಗಡೆಯವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒದಗಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಆತಿಥ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

3. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣದ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಇ.ಸಿ. ಮೆಂಬರ್ಸ್‍ಗಳಿಗೂ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

4. ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ನಾಯ್ಕರವರು ದಿನಾಂಕ 2 ಹಾಗೂ 3 ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿ 2019 ರಂದು 2 ದಿನದ ಸಿ.ಬಿ.ಝಡ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರವನ್ನು IIT KHARAGPUR ರವರು ನಡೆಸಲಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

5. ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಲ್ಲಿ 3 ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿಯಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದ Job Fair ನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸಿ.ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಇ. ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಯಿತು.

6. ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಭಾಗದವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಭಾಗದ Profileನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ IQAC ಮೀಟಿಂಗ್‍ನೊಳಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

7. Extension Activities / outreach ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು, ಹಾಗೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತಗಲುವ ಖರ್ಚನ್ನು ಭರಿಸಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

8. Value Added Course ನಡೆಸಲು ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಭಾಗದವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವರ್ತರಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

9. ಬೋಧಕ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರ exchange ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

10. CSR fundಕುರಿತ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಭಟ್ಟರವರು ಸಭೆಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರಲ್ಲದೇ ಆ ದಿಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ನೆರವು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವರ್ತರಾಗಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.

11. Canteen Building ಹಾಗೂ Teacher’s Hostel ಕುರಿತಾದ Plan & estimate ನ್ನು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಇಂಜಿನೀಯರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

12. ಡಾ. ಎಂ. ಆರ್. ನಾಯಕರವರು Literacy ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯ ಆಚರಣೆ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು extension activity ಆಗಿ ಹೊನ್ನಾವರದ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
